THE EVENT
The main fundraiser for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research & Community Fund is a two-day golf event held each June. This event has generated over 90% of the Fund's dollars. It has been heralded as one of the best fundraising golf events nationally, because each year it operates on an income/expense ratio of less than 10%. This means that more than ninety cents of every $1 goes directly to the charity!

EVENING GALA

Attire: Golf club casual. No jeans, please.
The evening gala is a night to celebrate and support Minnesota's cancer community
and the work done by the Fund. The gala will include a large silent auction, a live
auction, entertainment and other activities.
GOLF TOURNAMENT

Location: Rush Creek Golf Club
The tournament is double shotgun, with morning play beginning at 7:30 a.m. and afternoon at 2:00 p.m. The play is best ball scramble. There will be contests occurring on various holes throughout the course. Participation in the contests is available with the purchase of a mulligan/games package. Food and beverages will be provided throughout the day. Prizes will be awarded to the top two foursomes in each shotgun.
